VTTA Relaunches the Vermont Bioscience Alliance
The Vermont Technology Alliance is proud to announce the relaunch of the Vermont Bioscience Alliance (VBSA) a dedicated community supporting Vermont’s growing bioscience and life science sectors across Vermont.
This effort is being led in partnership with James Stafford, Director of Biolabs Innovation Center at University of Vermont, whose leadership and commitment to Vermont’s research and biotechnology community have been instrumental in bringing this initiative forward.
The renewed Vermont Bioscience Alliance will connect researchers, entrepreneurs, and companies across biotech, medtech, and related industries to strengthen collaboration, expand workforce opportunities, and highlight Vermont’s role in the global bioscience economy.
With the support of the Vermont Technology Alliance, the Vermont Bioscience Alliance (VBSA) will expand cross-sector opportunities that bridge bioscience with Vermont’s broader technology ecosystem. By connecting experts and innovators across disciplines such as artificial intelligence, electrical engineering, data science, software development, and technology marketing, VBSA will foster new collaborations that accelerate research, innovation, and commercialization. This multidisciplinary approach ensures Vermont’s bioscience community remains at the forefront of discovery while strengthening ties with the state’s vibrant tech and entrepreneurial sectors.
Together, we’re building a stronger ecosystem for science, technology, and innovation, right here in Vermont.
