As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting THINKMD’s commercial team in a multi-faceted role spanning marketing, communications, business development, sales, partnerships, and fundraising. You’ll work as an integral part of the business development team to enable and execute our go-to-market approach. As a generalist, you’ll be tasked with liaising with THINKMD team members on strategic and ongoing initiatives to support opportunity creation and evaluation, market intelligence analysis, proposal writing, partner prospect research, presentation preparation, and communications support among other activities. At times, you will work across THINKMD’s teams to gather information and synthesize findings, while maintaining a well-cataloged “library” of internal resource materials. You will report to the Business Development and Strategy Leader. This role will work closely with peers around the company, but primarily with:

The Business Development team, focused on finding, assessing, and catalyzing new opportunities and areas of growth for THINKMD, while supporting fundraising efforts in terms of research and writing

The Communications team, focused on marketing and communications, brand materials, audience segmentation and storytelling

Your Day to Day
-
Support Business Development team in research and analysis on markets, key players, competition, key territories, health policy and regulatory trends, funders, partners and customers

Draft proposals and develop presentations for prospective partners with input from the Business Development team

Support the Communications Team with key strategic initiatives, including writing case studies, developing branded decks and presentations, ensuring all brand assets are up to date and conducting market and audience research

Communicate effectively at all levels within an organization

Interact with partners and sales prospects as needed

Execute sales campaigns with appropriate project management and follow up

Proactively learn new aspects of THINKMD’s product and industry

Coordinate activities and projects with appropriate departments within THINKMD such as Engineering, Implementation and Partner Success to ensure transparency and accuracy of information

Requirements
What you Need to Have

1-4 years of experience as an analyst or business consultant; preference for those with technology, healthcare, global and/or public health, and international business or international development experience

Proven ability to work in a rapid-growth environment, with an expectation of close teamwork while meeting or exceeding expectations

Who You Are
As Director of Partnership Sales, you are directly responsible for managing sales related researching, discovering, and contracting with organizations that will utilize the THINKMD clinical and data platform and the THINKMD API in the US and global health markets. Ultimately, you are responsible for all business development efforts related to Partner sales activity, Partners satisfaction, and sales goals for this specific vertical. You will also work closely with all other functions of THINKMD to ensure seamless partner service and product quality. You report to the Director of Business Development and Strategy and will help develop our go-to-market approach within this vertical. You are a highly motivated, energetic, and charismatic individual focused on new business opportunities obtained through prospecting new accounts and developing distribution partnerships via our API plug-in.
This role will work closely with peers around the company, primarily:

The business development team to address common issues experienced across territories and support each other with best practices and experiences.

With executive leadership as needed for proposal creation and contract negotiations, attend regional/global trade shows, and drive lead generation.

You will collaborate with Marketing to address needs for lead generation and keep up-to-date on all materials available to the team, including white papers, case studies, sell sheets and web content.

Implementation consultants to smoothly transition Partners from the sales process to implementation as an organization goes from prospect to partner.

In collaboration with Marketing and Product Strategy build and deliver compelling presentations based on the prospects unique business needs and our platform.

Your Day to Day

Proactively manage all sales related customer activity, satisfaction and sales attainment goals for assigned geography/territory. Such territory includes sales to new prospective customers in the US and globally with our unique clinical decision support tools and API’s.

Perform deep research on your prospects and to create impactful presentations, proposals, and sales strategy to close the opportunity.

Define marketing/sales campaigns to penetrate the US healthcare market and the API market.

Requirements
What you Need to Have

A minimum of 7 year’s experience in healthcare IT, clinical toolsets, and partnerships sales.

Success in selling to health systems, integrated health organizations and/or partner and health service organizations i.e. insurance companies.

Proven ability to work in an environment of rapid growth, with an expectation of close teamwork with all team members while meeting or exceeding sales targets is critical.

Proven ability to communicate to all levels of customers and team members both verbally and in writing is essential.

You must be able to travel up to 60% of the time.
