VIP is looking for an entry-level Customer Support Specialist to join our support team.  The successful candidate must enjoy working with others, be a fast learner, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.  We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be committed to customer satisfaction. Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with customers either by phone, chat, email or video call
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Handle and resolve customer issues by obtaining and evaluating all relevant information
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in help desk ticketing system
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and issues as well as the details of actions taken
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction in the resolution

VIP is seeking a qualified Sales Team Manager, to oversee and lead the activities of our various sales departments. This position will be based in our Colchester, VT office and require travel to various customer locations around the US, roughly 50% of the time. We are looking for an individual with proven leadership experience who's excited to join a growing organization that provides the best in beverage software solutions. Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direct management to a team of 15 - 20 sales people, consisting of sales representatives, account managers and marketing specialists
  • Develop a deep understanding of products, helping ensure quota attainment
  • Travel up to 50% of time to develop and maintain close working relationships with the marketplace
  • Set and achieve sales quotas that match strategic initiatives of the company
  • Define standards and tailor sales operations to meet the needs of customers, company and external partners
  • Provide accurate and regular updates on pipeline activity and forecasted revenue to the company president
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies

VIP is seeking an enthusiastic, organized and customer-oriented team player for the role of Software Implementation Specialist on our RAS (Route Accounting System) Installation Team. This team installs a wide variety of beverage software for our distributor customers, including applications that manage pricing, inventory, financials and beverage distribution analytics.  In this role you’ll build direct relationships with existing and new customers, gain hands-on project management experience, and contribute to the enhancement of our growing software solutions. Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT Primary Responsibilities:
  • Learn how to install, use and set-up the various components of VIP Solution Packages and Software
  • Successfully understand VIP Software with the knowledge to install and train at VIP customer sites
  • Installation Includes: Preparatory data conversion and hardware set-up
  • Training Includes: On-site support and customer service to existing customers to include troubleshooting issues, emphasizing training components, managing on-site software upgrades, and communicating with the Software Support Team as well as providing feedback to our various Development Teams
Requirements:

This person must be comfortable working closely with a small team and have the flexibility to work on clearly-defined as well as abstract tasks to achieve a shared goal.
