Essential Functions and Responsibilities at Data Innovations:
  • Generate revenues from existing accounts as well as identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships and customer loyalty with customers and business partners in the medical community

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement connectivity solutions and/or best practice laboratory solutions for customers and business partners using Data Innovations software, sometimes under the guidance of a Senior Consultant, Lead, or Principal Consultant
  • Provide advanced level support and guidance from pre-implementation through post go-live support on low, moderate, and high complexity projects to ensure maximum benefit from the company’s software solutions
  • Provide customers and Business Partners with appropriate training and education on the company’s product and solutions as part of service implementations
  • Develop and maintain an advanced level knowledge of the use and functionality of the company’s software products, its associated modules, and the laboratory industry
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with strategic customers, business partners and industry colleagues through regular meetings and interactions

Manager, Commercial Operations & Renewals

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team responsible for key components of the quote to cash process including processing and fulfilling orders, creating and revising quotes, capturing support and subscription renewals, analyzing sales metrics, and maintaining the Salesforce database for the Data Innovations' Sales department.
Duties include:
  • Manage performance of direct reports, including but not limited to performance management and task assignments, coaching and mentorship
    • Prepare support and subscription renewal notifications, letters and quotes for all necessary customers particularly for the company’s business partners
  • Work directly with management to set departmental goals; take leadership and ownership of goals to achieve desired results
    • Exercise discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with other departments in the successful development and maintenance of cross team services, functions, and improvements
  • Own, maintain and refine processes for reviewing, reporting and evaluating the health of the business pipeline, including key metrics

  Data Innovations is Looking for a Product Owner. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Be the “Voice of Customer” for internal stakeholders
  • Work with the relevant Product Team Members(s) to define and prioritize product deliverables for our customers
  • Interpret customer requirements (workflows and requests) and translates them into user stories with acceptance criteria that can be understood by Engineering to build and test the product by articulating the "What and Why" of the requests.
  • Work closely with development teams to define the scope of work, clarify customer requirements for the team, establish acceptable time frames for completion, and assist in managing the development process through to product completion (e.g., epics, customer enhancements, known issues, usability, cyber security)
  • Participate in the Risk analysis of User Stories review and act as a subject matter expert to help clarify any requirements for the review process

  • Install and use Data Innovations’ applications to develop product expertise while deep diving into complicated workflows and goals, ensuring content is accessible and appropriate for targeted user groups
  • Collaborate daily and flexibly with remote, global, cross-functional teams while also working independently to meet deadlines in an agile lifecycle
  • Design, structure, write, edit, and maintain complex technical content in multiple, accessible formats using industry and corporate-specific standards
  • Create and iterate on graphical, video, and other multimedia solutions that enhance the user experience
  • Work closely with international subject matter experts and the regulatory team to produce technically accurate content within regulatory guidelines
