Senior Project Manager
See Full Listing- Plan and execute projects to meet quality, program, and business objectives, utilizing an understanding of key aspects of medical component product development.
- Drive the tactical project execution. Create, implement and track progress using project plans: manage project resource requirements and allocations, schedule tasks and manage project budgets;
- Lead cross-functional project teams spanning multiple geographic locations. Serve as prime contact with project sponsors (internal and external customers).
- Conduct regular status meetings, design reviews, and management communications;
- Provide clear and concise program updates, including unbiased communication of project status and issues using standardized forms and metrics.
- Coordinate with other disciplines including Marketing and Manufacturing Engineering to drive development projects from conception to manufacturing.
- Ensure design control requirements are met for the project including owning the design history file (DHF)
- Experience leading product development projects in a stage-gate style system
- Effective planning and organization skills including the proven ability to work against multiple objectives, under pressure and with multiple priorities;
- Effective at functioning with a reasonable level of autonomy in setting objectives, influencing decision makers, managing expectations along with budget and resource allocation;
- Proactive communicator with reporting project progress and status to stakeholders, ensuring appropriate review and support with key project decisions; strong ability to communicate technical information and findings.
- Medical device experience (ISO 13485)
- Familiarity with software development, hardware and systems integration;
- Knowledge/experience with measurement systems
- PMP certified

Electronics Assembler
