Canopy IT Computer Support Technician
Location: Burlington, Vermont

- Resolve client issues efficiently and quickly
- Interact with clients over the phone and in person
- Have a full suite of state-of-the-art tools at your disposal, including software distribution, remote control, and remote monitoring and management tools
- Be exposed to a variety of technical issues
- Become the go-to person for specific products and technologies
- Salary range: $48,000 to $65,000
- Full-time
- Hybrid work-from-home eligible after training period
- Evaluated based on client satisfaction, efficiency of work, and level of effort
- Have excellent customer service instincts and are great communicators
- Have strong knowledge of Windows/PC applications and hardware
- Have a general knowledge of network infrastructure and TCP/IP
- Have at least one year of full-time IT work experience, or a related degree or certification
- Are Vermont residents
- Have a valid drivers' license and good driving record
