As a Sr. Microsoft Engineer you will ensure successful outcomes for our clients located in the greater Burlington VT area by providing a world class client experience. Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade and support extensive cloud and on-premises Microsoft solutions with clients
  • Assist with project management activities throughout project lifecycle
  • Assist with technical sales support in selecting and designing the correct solution
  • Ensure proper project documentation and time entry
  • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data residing on or transmitted to/from/through client's environments
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to clients
  • Maintain client communications and expectations
  • Leverage team members for escalation needs and provide as appropriate 
 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • 10+ years of general IT experience with focus on Microsoft solutions
  • 5+ years project work architecture and design, implementation, upgrades and cut-over for Office 365, Active Directory and/or Exchange
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, migrating and installing Office 365 products
  • Familiar with on-premises and cloud environments such as Azure and AWS
