Marketing 101: How Founders Can Nail the Basics

The Vermont Technology Alliance is partnering with York IE to offer a free webinar session focused on marketing tactics for founders of early-stage startup businesses.
Early-stage startup founders have to wear several hats. They’re tasked with not only building their business, but getting their name out there as quickly as possible.
But without marketing know-how, many founders are left scrambling to post a few times a month to their LinkedIn in the hopes that someone notices. Or worse, marketing falls to the bottom of the list, left for Friday at five.
Christina Logsdon, Head of Marketing at Shoobx, and Kate Campbell, Vice President of Advisory Services at York IE, will dive into Marketing 101 for founders. In this session, they’ll provide the building blocks for a strong founder-led marketing plan, including messaging, testing, getting the word out, and the tools for success.
Christina and Kate have built programs from the ground up, making marketing a part of an early startup’s daily workflow.
