Gender Diverse Tech Communities Picnic

All genders are welcome to this picnic hosted by Vermont Coders Connection.

One of the many privileges of living in Vermont is that with high vaccination rates, our COVID restrictions are currently pretty low. So let’s take advantage of that and get together for a BYO lunch picnic outside in waterfront park.

Bring a blanket and/or lawn chair and a packed lunch, and let’s hope for sunshine. Meet us on the lawn just past the boardwalk of Waterfront Park. We’ll try to be as obvious as possible to make it easy for you to find us! We can talk about our tech jobs, share any knowledge we have about the tech landscape of Vermont, mentor early professionals, discuss the challenges of parenthood in the midst of covid, and just have a chance to reconnect after the difficulties of this past year.

So far we’ll have representatives from the Vermont Technology Alliance, Women in Machine Learning and Data Science, and others.
