Do North Coworking and the Black River Innovation Campus present the 2024 NEK Pitch Competition, Rumble in The Kingdom, Thursday October 24 at Catamount Arts.
The Pitch Competition is free and open to the public. You’ll hear pitches from 12 businesses, and have opportunities to connect with others passionate about entrepreneurship in the Northeast Kingdom, and throughout Vermont.
Light appetizers will be provided and there will be a cash bar available while you listen to business pitches.
Doors will open at 5:30pm and the competition kicks off at 6pm. The 12 businesses will each do a 5 minute pitch, showcasing their business and its potential for growth in Vermont and beyond.
Pitchers will compete for $20,000 in cash prizes, including:
Best Pitch, $5,000
Community Impact, $5,000
Potential to Scale, $5,000
Audience Choice, $5,000, you get to determine who will take home the audience choice prize!
The businesses selected to pitch at this year’s competition will be announced the week of October 7th.
