BTV – Hula Story Sessions: Yelo
August 14 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Yelo, founded by Liam Redmond, a Gen-Z entrepreneur from Vermont who made the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, started with a simple mission: to develop a next-generation, more equitable rideshare model.
While other platforms took a cut, Yelo flipped the model and opened up the driving jobs to college-age folks who needed to make some cash, giving student drivers a real way to earn, and giving riders the trust that they are getting a dependable ride they can afford. What began on campuses quickly grew into a community-powered ride network, built around relationships, not margins.
Yelo isn’t just a ride app. It’s a community web, where every trip strengthens a local network and economy by showing students the places to be and by showing businesses what students are looking for.
Hula is incredibly excited to feature two key players of the Yelo team at the August Story Sessions– both of whom are Hula members.
Join us for this free event where you’ll be hearing a conversation between Yelo Founder, Liam Redmond, and Advisor, Mattison.
Please stick around after the interview for Golden Hour- featuring cocktails and mocktails by The 126, lawn games, and casual networking.
