Tabling at the Fall Career Fair is a great way to connect directly with a diverse pool of candidates, recruit for specific opportunities, and increase your organization’s visibility on campus.

Registration Details:

• • Space is limited: Registration closes on Friday, September 26, 2025, or once the fair is full.
  • Registration Fee:
    • $300 – For-profit Organizations
    • $100 – Non-profit Organizations and Businesses with fewer than 50 employees
    • $125 – Government Organizations

• Registration Fee includes: Six-foot table with cloth and two chairs, lunch for two representatives in the IDX Dining Hall, access to WiFi and electricity, and free parking near Champlain’s Lakeside campus with shuttle transportation to main campus.

Registration Payment:

• An invoice will be sent to registrants once approved by the Career Collaborative, beginning September 2025.
• Review your preferences in Handshake to ensure you are getting communication from us regarding the fair; if you do not see messages, check your spam folder.
• Please pay your registration fee upon receipt of the invoice (September) to hold your table at the fair.
