Your expertise will be instrumental in realizing our growth plans, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and fostering strong brand engagement.

On an average day, you’ll…

  • Review and optimize existing campaigns on various advertising platforms.
  • Explore new features and functionalities to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing goals and objectives.
  • Develop and fine-tune paid media strategies based on business priorities.
  • Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance against key metrics.
  • Generate regular reports highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B tests on different elements of campaigns to identify optimal strategies.
  • Implement changes to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
  • Assess the performance of different campaigns and reallocate budgets as needed.
  • Engage in regular meetings with the marketing, sales, and finance teams to align strategies.
  • Communicate key findings, challenges, and successes with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistency between ad creatives and campaign goals.
  • Manage US Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities, including Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Social Media Advertising channels and its corresponding budget as part of our growing digital marketing team.
  • Research, advise and implement new opportunities in markets, target groups and keywords, and collaborate with SEO Content Writers to align paid and non-paid SEM activities.
  • Be responsible for increasing revenue by digital campaigns, inbound marketing growth and have experience using CRM tools, (ie. Hubspot) for analysis. You work with monthly targets that will result in our annual growth.

You’ll find them developing marketing campaigns, producing stunning product catalogs, curating our social media channels, penning website content and laughing daily at each other’s terrible jokes. They’re a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand and deliver a delightful customer experience.

The Marketing Team is dedicated to driving brand visibility, engagement, and growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Our mission is to create compelling campaigns, establish a strong (online) presence, and show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing. They’re a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand and deliver a delightful customer experience.



  • At least 4-6 years demonstrated experience with digital advertising with accompanying success stories.
  • Working knowledge of and experience with Google Ads (search, shopping, display, discovery, performance max and YouTube campaigns), Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Knowledge of SEMRush is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful paid media campaigns.
  • Experience in A/B testing and implementing data-driven optimizations.
  • You are able to dive deep into the data, as well as to recognize trends at a global level and communicate them concisely.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
