VinSolutions is hiring for a Project Support Specialist II to join our team remotely!

The  Project Support Specialist II is a member of the Managed Services team who will work in conjunction with, and support members of the Client Implementation Service Analyst team to fulfill requests and deliverables that will be necessary to activate the Automotive Marketing Platform powered by VinSolutions (AMP) product for new customers. The role will report to a Manager/Supervisor, Managed Services.

In-Person Attendance (Location Specific):

  • Team members residing in the Burlington, Vermont at Dealer.com or Atlanta, Georgia area will be required to be in office once per week (4 times a month)
  • The day of the week in person attendance is required may vary

Your Role:

  • ​Work alongside and assist Client Implementation Service Analysts, Marketing Account Managers & Product team members to implement digital marketing campaigns on behalf of automotive dealership customers
  • Build and QA marketing campaign target audiences, email templates, direct mail content, text marketing templates, and other forms of digital marketing
  • Work directly, professionally and collaboratively with internal teams (Product, Implementation, Performance Management, etc.), and with other cross-functional teams as required to meet client needs
  • Assigned task work will involve hands on execution within the VinSolutions CRM, Marketing Platform, and other systems as required
  • Marketing deliverables will result in multi-channel deployment, including but not limited to: Email, Text, Social Advertising, Direct Mail
  • Assist in the collection, distribution, and execution of task work to support the activation and launch efforts supporting clients contracted with AMP
  • QA completed graphic design work and oversee dealer customer approval
  • Build and launch campaigns using the VinSolutions Automotive Marketing Platform (AMP)
  • Efficiently process and execute assigned task work, setting expectations and task completion within deadlines with supported team members
  • Work in conjunction with other Managed Services Teams to fulfill client campaign needs
  • Participate in trainings and workshops as assigned by Management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field; OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year experience; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer troubleshooting methodologies (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications)
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Skills in organization, time management, and professionalism
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Visio
  • Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

What We Look For (Preferred):

  • Experience managing process/projects/programs with a team
  • Experience in automotive retail, sales, and/or fixed operations marketing
