The key responsibilities for the successful candidate will be to provide oversight of the entire payroll process for 100+ employees in different States throughout the U.S.  A comprehensive understanding of State and Federal regulations pertaining to timekeeping is of utmost importance. In addition to payroll, this position will be part of a team to process our accounts payable.  This will include reviewing invoices, requisitions, and ensuring all of the proper signatures and information is in place before payment is made.

Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Managing all electronic timekeeping systems.
  • Managing / processing biweekly payroll through Paylocity, this includes reimbursements, variable compensation, and wage garnishments. Also responsible for adding new hire, employee changes, benefits, etc. into the payroll system.
  • Coordinating with employees and managers to ensure accurate payroll data.


Accounting Specialists Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing a variety of accounts payable duties.
  • Gather data, approvals and other information necessary to process vendor invoices.
  • Review vendor statements and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Keeping A/P files organized and electronically filed.

 

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED required, Associates Degree strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of (5) years of related payroll experience. Preference given to those with both payroll and accounts payable experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point, outlook), as well as a solid working knowledge of HRIS systems. Preference given to those who have experience using the Paylocity payroll system.
  • Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality is a must!

 


Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of (5) years of related payroll experience. Preference given to those with both payroll and accounts payable experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point, outlook), as well as a solid working knowledge of HRIS systems. Preference given to those who have experience using the Paylocity payroll system.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
