Understand Tech Group company Goals, Direction, and Market Presence

  • Delivers and maintains in-depth, up to date knowledge of solutions, standards, guidelines, industry trends.
  • Develop individual Rocks that coincide with TG Company Goals
  • Learn competitor information to stay ahead of our marketplace
  • Keep up to date on industry trends, new available tools and services
  • Complete all trainings assigned by sales manager
  • Participate in marketing events and represent Tech Group family

Hunt: New Logos, accounts, and clients for Managed Services.

  • Cold call businesses
  • Marketing Campaigns
  • Networking events
  • Referral sources
  • develop your business network

Grow Existing Customer Base:

  • Grow and retain accounts via upsell and management of all TG MRR Service offerings
  • Work with Sales team to Identify new opportunities for Hardware, Software, and Project sales.

Present TG Managed Services, Cloud services and Security services to new and existing clients and prospects

  • Learn and understand the differences in Value between Tech Group programs and service offering
  • Have Business conversations to learn about the client’s business and understand their pain points
  • Offers solutions for client’s pain points using TG Service Offerings
  • Work with clients to create Roadmaps for their network infrastructure and Security

Perform Account Management responsibilities for both new and existing clients including:

  • Quick turnaround responses to new opportunities
  • Follow ups and follow through with requests from clients or prospects
  • Onsite Client meetings, follow up and deal closing
  • Develop new opportunities while managing TG pipeline
  • Assists in the development and presentation of strategic solutions & proposals to customers supporting the sales and delivery cycles
  • Utilize Hubspot, Auto Task, Connectwise, Quote works and/or any other TG Tools needed to format proposals for our Clients and Prospects
  • Attend when possible, all new client onboardings
  • Complete the sales process for onboarding new clients
