Healthy Design
Healthy Design is now looking for an RN, NP, PA or MD educator to take part in the training and education of bedside medical staff on our new safe patient mobility restraint alternative for intubated or confused patients to reduce agitation, over-sedation, delirium and PICS, and increase mobility, humanity, and outcomes. This involves creation of training and education materials, adoption and feedback activities, and onsite and remote direct training.
Education: RN, NP, or PA
Skills: Nursing, critical care knowledge, good verbal/written/people skills, Microsoft Office Suite
Experience: Patient care, hospital environment, nurse training or management
Travel Requirements: 20% – 80% (dependent on skills and preferences)
Reports to: Executive Vice President of Operations and Product Development
Hours: Full-time and Part-time (FT=4 days/wk)
Location: Headquarters in Rutland, Vermont; Remote; Onsite hospitals

Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training programs for Healthy Design’s products
• Engage potential customers and institutional stakeholders in support of product adoption initiatives
• Provide onsite and remote training and support to nursing staff and other product users
• Support lead generation and outreach activities including post-market surveillance
• Attend and represent Healthy Design at conferences, trade shows, and seminars
• Support and conduct webinars on best practices to improve outcomes with Healthy Design products
• Support testing and user validations for product improvements, training module development, and new products
• Plan and schedule training visits and videoconferences
Authorities:
• Subject Matter Expert on Healthy Design’s products and their intended uses
• Contributor to Healthy Design’s proprietary training platforms
• Client Manager
