The IT Manager/Systems Integrator reports to the CFO and is responsible for overseeing the organization’s core enterprise systems and IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and scalability. This includes managing the integration and administration of key platforms. Additionally, they will play a key part in helping Mamava leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to drive innovation, automation, and efficiency across teams — enabling smarter, data-driven decision making and improved productivity company-wide. The IT Manager provides leadership and oversight of IT help desk services, network infrastructure, and information security initiatives. They are a proactive problem-solver with strong project and change management experience, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This is a salaried, full-time position working a hybrid office schedule in Burlington, VT.
