SymQuest a Konica Minolta company currently has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Licensing Specialist!
Responsibilities
License Management – 75%
• Build a working knowledge of our vendor partners and their software and warranty renewal programs.
• Understand and maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant products, promotions and announcements.
• Position our license offerings effectively and educate both clients and account managers to grow existing clients and gain net new seats.
• Communicate regularly with customers via phone and/or email to promote engagement.
• Track and create quotes for software and warranty renewals.
• Attend sales huddles regularly to build relationships with sales team.
Administrative Support – 25%
• Process invoices and credits for sales orders and projects.
• Maintain internal database systems.
• Provide additional support to SymQuest Sales Representatives.
• Manage inbox to ensure timely responses to internal and external customers.
• Criteria Measurement:
- Respond to new orders within 2 business hours.
- Invoice deals and projects within 1 business day of receiving appropriate paperwork.
- Provide sales with relevant data within 1 business day of their request.
