Codingscape seeks an Airtable Solutions Specialist. We’re looking for someone who loves

building in Airtable, creating elegant solutions that transform how our teams work, and focusing

on smart automation and efficient processes. If you enjoy turning complex workflows into

streamlined systems, this role is for you.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first few months, you’ll:

• Transform key business processes into efficient Airtable workflows
• Implement automated solutions that save teams hours of manual work
• Create systems that make data accessible and actionable
• Build documentation that enables teams to be self-sufficient

Must Have:

• Strong command of Airtable’s platform
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Workato)
• Basic scripting knowledge
• Eye for process improvement
• Clear communication style

Good to Have:

• Basic JavaScript familiarity
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Additional no code tool experience
• Process optimization background

You’ll spend your time:

• Crafting Airtable solutions that teams love to use
• Building automated workflows that just work
• Setting up integrations that keep data flowing
• Collaborating with teams to understand their needs
• Creating clear documentation and guides
