Dr. Kellie Campbell, Chief Information Officer, University of Vermont Dr. Kellie Campbell is the CIO at UVM, where she leads the university’s IT strategy and serves on its senior leadership team. A champion for digital equity and workforce development, she also serves on several statewide and regional boards, including the Vermont Commission on Women and NEREN.

Rod Butler, VTTA Board President and Director of Software Engineering for Dealer.com, a Cox Automotive Company, the leading provider of digital marketing solutions for the automotive industry. Rod has 15 years of management experience in Engineering and Operations at Dealer.com and previously with GE Healthcare.
Barry Hulce, Executive Director of The Manufacturing Collaborative, an initiative of Vermont State University. The Manufacturing Collaborative was founded to help accelerate business adoption of Advanced Manufacturing technologies and to develop a highly capable workforce within Vermont, the NE region, and the US. Barry is also the founder of Blue Vista Creations, a company that develops and manufactures products meant to enrich people’s lives through comfort and fun.
Justin McCabe, General Counsel for OnLogic, a privately held Vermont based company focused on providing high quality industrial and rugged PCs and servers. OnLogic’s products are sold worldwide from its divisions in the United States and Europe. His previous roles include partner at Dunkiel Saunders Elliott Raubvogel & Hand.
Maureen McElaney, Senior Manager, Open Source Developer Advocacy for IBM. Maureen leads a team of developer advocates focused on supporting open source projects around the world, with a special focus around operators and runtimes. Maureen also is a co-founder of Women in Machine Learning and Data Science, and the founder of Girl Develop It in Burlington.

Nancy Shuttleworth, Business Advisor for the Vermont Small Business Development Center in Southwestern Vermont. Nancy works with clients to help them find solutions to business issues and provides guidance on starting a new business. Nancy also manages her own digital marketing business. Nancy was a Vermont SCORE Volunteer Business Mentor for over 10 years.
Kerry Swift, Kerry facilitates the disclosure, assessment and protection of innovative research from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and manages the marketing and licensing of these technologies to both established companies and new Dartmouth start-ups. Critical to this tech transfer process is strategizing and assisting with the further development of potential products through introductions to Dartmouth’s robust accelerator education and venture support, and connecting and building relationships between industry and Dartmouth researchers.
Kerry comes to Dartmouth from UVM Innovations at the University of Vermont where she managed technologies from across the university. She also served as the Interim Director of UVM Innovations from 2011 to 2012. Prior to UVM Innovations, Kerry was at MIT’s Technology Licensing Office where she licensed MIT technologies in the biomedical, drug delivery, laser and device sectors. While at MIT, Kerry participated in exchange visits and work at Cambridge Enterprises at the University of Cambridge, UK. Kerry holds a Master of Science in Molecular and Microbiology from Tufts University and a BS in biochemistry from the University of New Hampshire.

Adam Locklin, is the Executive Director of the Vermont Technology Alliance, dedicated to advancing Vermont’s technology businesses and organizations. He believes technology is key to Vermont’s economic growth, empowering communities while preserving natural resources. A former US Marine, Adam’s diverse career includes strategic roles at JP Morgan Chase, driving innovation at PwC, and working with tech startups and open-source software. He actively volunteers with the Grand Isle Fire Department and Team Rubicon disaster relief. Adam holds a Sustainable Innovation MBA from the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business and is committed to fostering a thriving, sustainable tech sector in Vermont.
