embedded with a fast-growing gaming client, working alongside versatile developers who take
ownership and drive results independently.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll bridge the gap between art and engineering, optimizing
game assets and building tools that enable beautiful, performant gaming experiences across
web and mobile platforms.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first few months, you’ll:
●
●
●
●
●
●
●
Optimize Unity pipelines for WebGL deployment and mobile performance across poker
training products
Build custom shaders and visual effects that enhance the poker learning experience
without sacrificing performance
Create artist tools and workflows in Unity Editor using C# to accelerate asset creation
and iteration
Collaborate with developers to integrate 3D assets seamlessly into React-based web
applications
Performance debug Unity WebGL builds to ensure smooth gameplay
Establish asset standards for texture compression, mesh optimization, and lighting that
work across multiple products
Support multiple teams building revenue-focused gaming products and
training/educational platformsMust Have:
●
●
●
●
●
●
●
Unity 3D expertise – Asset pipeline, rendering pipeline (URP/HDRP), lighting,
post-processing, animation systems
Shader programming – HLSL/Shader Graph proficiency for custom materials and visual
effects
3D asset optimization – Mesh reduction, normal maps, texture atlasing, mipmaps,
compression techniques
WebGL experience – Performance debugging and optimization for web deployment
C# scripting – Writing Unity editor tools to improve artist and designer workflows
Cross-disciplinary communication – Can “speak design” (visuals, UX intent) and “speak
engineering” (code, constraints) equally well
Published game experience – Have built, shipped, and launched Unity applications
Good to Have:
●
●
●
●
●
●
VFX Graph experience for particle effects and visual polish
Mobile optimization – Experience with Unity apps published to app stores
React integration – Understanding how Unity WebGL builds integrate with web
applications
Performance profiling – Unity Profiler, GPU/CPU performance analysis tools
Educational/training content – Experience building interactive learning experiences
Familiarity with gaming UI conventions and player expectations in regulated industries
You’ll spend your time:
●
●
●

●
solutions
You understand both sides – artistic vision and technical constraints, finding the right
balance●
●
●
●
You take ownership – proactive communication, independent research, strong
collaboration
You’re versatile – comfortable working across multiple projects and adapting to different
technical requirements
You value performance – understand that great visuals mean nothing if the experience
isn’t smooth
You’re a team enabler – building tools and workflows that make the entire team more
productive
How to Apply
If you’re ready to create stunning, performant gaming experiences while building the tools and
workflows that enable team success—apply now. Please include links to Unity projects you’ve
shipped, shader work, or tools you’ve created that demonstrate your technical artistry skills.
