Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and act as an extension of the sales team
- Work with assigned Territory Sales Manager(s) to ensure quotes are timely, accurately and in compliance with department processes
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence relating to EP Evaluator, Hardware and Training sales inquiries
- Maintain customer data in Salesforce
- Resolve order errors and inaccuracies by collaborating across functions
- Assess application of Data Innovations products/services and offer appropriate solutions to customers
- Prepare and review quotes quickly and accurately
- Work closely with Management by developing and supporting operational initiatives
- Identify needs, gaps, and redundancies; recommend ways to utilize sales tools to improve processes, productivity, and user engagement
- Develop, maintain, and report on department metrics
- Work collaboratively with Territory Sales Manager(s) to incorporate growth strategies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Sales and/or Sales Operations Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Salesforce Experience
- Knowledge of DI products
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and manage multiple priorities/projects
- Must comply with and pass initial background check and drug screening, as well as subsequent background checks, drug screenings and vaccine requirements as required by customer contracts
- Must comply with company vaccination policy
- Ability to follow DI’s policies and procedures
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree OR at least 2 years relevant working experience
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
While performing duties of this job, the employee is predominately functioning in a sedentary light office position with high frequency of telephone communication, keyboarding, and computer.
Supervision Level
This person may report directly to Manager, Direct Sales.
