Bytes.co is looking for a team player with strong problem solving skills who can help build a variety of websites in different industries. Help us continue to grow! We currently have a team of 24 people (remote and on-site) serving over 400 Clients throughout the United States.

This is a full-time salaried position with an expected 40-hour work week and the option to work remotely.

Principle Responsibilities

While working independently and as a collaborative member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

• Define web project scopes based on business and technical requirements, and oversee the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project tasks, monitor progress, and conduct design and implementation reviews.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with team collaboration, and manage mobile-responsive website builds from start to finish.
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and budgets, stay updated on design trends, and seek process improvements.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with WordPress is strongly preferred.
• Familiar with responsive web design principles or “mobile first” design.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, 3D Cart, etc.
• Experience in a customer/client-facing role.
