About your role

We’re looking for a curious, thoughtful full-stack web designer/developer with excellent taste to join us at Faraday as Web Producer.

Our most important asset is our public website and its associated digital properties. You are responsible for producing (HTML/CSS/JS), deploying, and monitoring these properties. You will receive design support for key screens (e.g. public site homepage), but will be expected to design a wide range of digital experiences using Faraday’s established visual design language.

This role reports to the Director of Marketing.


Your mission is to craft a remarkable, compelling digital experience for users throughout the funnel.


●      Work with the Marketing team to maintain an evolving portfolio of digital properties

●      Balance improvement of core properties with production of ephemeral ones (e.g. for events)

●      Employ Faraday’s design system to design new digital material from scratch

●      Build/modify screens in Figma for stakeholder feedback

●      Adapt designs for multiple devices

●      Implement digital experiences with HTML, CSS, and, as needed, JS

●      Deploy changes using a standard pipeline approach (git)

●      Instrument digital properties with analytics tags as necessary

Your qualities

●      A critical eye

●      Passion for precise communication

●      Ability to maintain a coherent visual design language across a range of media

●      Can name your favorite B2B SaaS public sites

●      Either love or hate CSS grids

●      Collaborate until it’s time to act alone

●      Have a favorite way to organize CSS

Your qualifications

●      Expertise in HTML and CSS

●      JS basics — enough to add common interactivity

●      Solid grasp of design fundamentals, with some real-world design experience

●      Basic working knowledge of Figma
