Ecopixel is a growing provider of effective and beautiful websites for nonprofits and municipalities.

In this role, you’ll manage content and features to help create websites on the state-of-the-art TYPO3 CMS platform. You’ll also improve web content accessibility, migrate and organize content, onboard customers, provide ongoing support, and more.

You’ll get to:

  • Manage content and features to help create websites on the state-of-the-art TYPO3 CMS platform
  • Design effective content structures and navigation flows
  • Proactively find and fix content and accessibility issues
  • Migrate and reorganize content during website redesigns
  • Manage customer website content as needed
  • Evaluate and prioritize customer needs, bugs, and feature requests
  • Onboard, train, and support customers as they use their Ecopixel websites
  • Create and update written documentation and how-to videos
  • Assist with inside sales and marketing efforts
  • Work remotely as part of our small team
  • Report directly to the company owner/lead developer

A successful candidate will have:

  • Experience managing content with one or more web content management systems
  • Proven customer-service skills
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (this is not a coding job)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational and professional experience
  • Residence in the State of Vermont
  • An eagerness to constantly learn new technologies and web content accessibility best practices
  • A patient and helpful demeanor on the phone and online while supporting customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A flexible problem-solving attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • A willingness to tackle a wide variety of tasksEs
