Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Vice President, US Operations to lead the overall operations strategy and vision for E INC. You will lead a team of enthusiastic operations professionals and will be challenged with creating and executing a long-term committed connection with our customers that grows engagement and profitability to levels that meet or exceed our business goals. The Vice President, US Operations will possess exceptional strategic insight, as well as leadership skills.

As the Vice President, US Operations, you will oversee all aspects of the business, which includes our four pillars: Inspections, Logistics, Sales Resolution, and Experience Centers.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to develop short- and long-term strategic plans to create operational structure and accountability, including the preparation of annual operation plans for all vertices within Operations
  • Develop execution strategies and tactics to improve the customer experience within Inspections, Logistics, and Sales Resolution, as well as interaction with our Experience Centers across the US
  • Strategically negotiate beneficial partnerships with transport carriers to ensure SLA’s are met
  • Lead strategic initiatives post-acquisition to implement EBlock operational policies and procedures
  • Build operational goals and objectives across the regions, including KPIs in measuring the success of each Experience Center and operational verticals
  • Strategically build, develop, and motivate the Operations organization to create an effective and powerful team
  • Identify top talent and training opportunities to enhance and grow the operations leadership team to progress the organization

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field required
  • A minimum of 12 years in a related field of progressive business and operational leadership experience, preferably in a startup, high growth or medium-sized company
  • Successful track record as a senior operations leader building and creating operation teams, including growth strategies and business planning
  • Experience in automotive auction or related industry operations including Inspections, Logistics, Sales Resolution, and Experience Centers
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence; can integrate with a team, engender trust. and leverage relationships to get work done
  • Hands-on approach including a strong command of details
  • Orientation towards data, analytics and measurement
