Resonant Link accelerates electrification by Powering Fleets While They Work, integrating our fast wireless chargers into the stops that already exist during fleet operation (think pick stations for robots or loading docks for forklifts). Our world-class team has quadrupled in less than a year to power mission-critical applications for multiple Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

As the Verification & Validation Lead, you are a technical leader in our Mobility vertical developing and executing comprehensive, ground-up testing of our world-leading wireless chargers. You will be responsible for testing our mobility chargers from the concept stage through customer delivery to ensure every product delivers on its promise. To deliver on these goals, you will need to grow your V&V team, implement processes & workflows, develop test plans & documentation, and guiding V&V engineers. You will work cross-functionally with other technical leaders to bring-up, integrate, and validate power electronic systems on the frontier of the field. Your success as the V&V lead is critical to turning ground breaking prototypes into groundbreaking products.

On an average day, you’ll…

  • Lead your growing V&V team
  • Develop comprehensive testing plans for every stage of product development and delivery.
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure testing is completed on-time, on-scope, and properly communicated.
  • Grow your team to meet the testing needs of Resonant Link Mobility.
  • Inspire your team through excellent communication, career mentorship, and your ability to give and receive feedback.
  • Coordinate with cross functionally with other technical leaders to scope and prioritize testing of key hardware and software
  • Develop external partnerships to supplement RL’s testing capabilities
  • Develop scalable processes that allow your team to continue to properly communicate on-time test results even as your team grows.

The team you’ll be joining:

Our team includes engineers with PhDs from Berkeley, Dartmouth, ETH Zurich, Michigan, and Stanford and business & technical experience at Tesla, Apple, Dynapower, iRobot, and Harvard Medical School. We are critically reliant on our team members’ ownership, creativity, technical rigor, and collaboration to deliver on our first-of-their-kind power electronics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as either: Senior Design Engineer, Senior Verification and Validation Engineer, or Verification and Validation Manager (or similar functional roles)
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Experience testing, designing, or studying power electronic systems.
  • Work on-site at our Burlington, VT laboratory.
  • Must have up-to-date vaccinations for COVID-19 and use a mask while on-site (mask requirement subject to change as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves).
