As a rapidly growing Managed IT Services company, we are looking to hire a Client Success Manager who will work closely alongside our vCIO’s to spec and procure new computers, other hardware, and handle administrative duties. Job Duties:

Strategy

  • Performs Quality control by:
    • Reviewing client tickets ensuring proper time and billing is occurring
    • Assisting in ticket escalations
    • Assisting in the gathering of issues and their details
    • Coordination with vCIO’s to work through anomalies and issues
  • Schedule and generate reports for vCIO strategy meetings

Renewals & Hardware Quotes

  • Manage and execute client renewals for specific products
  • Complete basic quotes such as a new PC or networking equipment
  • Create purchase orders and place orders
  • Maintain and submit subscription renewals
  • Communication with clients, as needed

Vendor Collaboration

  • Assist with vetting solutions & best practices from our vendors
  • Obtain best price from vendors (deal registrations)
  • Make recommendations for new solutions or areas of cost savings/value

Desired skills include:

  • Customer service skills, confident and positive attitude
  • Working knowledge of networking (DNS, switches, firewalls, VPN, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft M365 and other cloud solutions.
  • Working knowledge of security best practices and compliance (HIPAA, PCI, etc…)
  • Strong attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Self-directed and goal oriented
  • Time management skills that allow you to prioritize and execute many tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to communicate with both clients and your team.
