Howard Center
Howard Center is looking for a Technical Training Specialist to provide staff training and ongoing technical education to the organization on software applications and other required administrative issues. This position is a member of the Information Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Design training materials, course agendas and procedural documentation
- Provide live and online training
- Conduct training needs assessments on technical topics
- Maintain database/records of training attendance and feedback
Requirements:
- One year of experience supporting 400 user environment in an I.T. or application support capacity
- Ability to communicate well with users, I.T. staff
- Valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle
