VIP is looking for a Software Support Specialist to join our iDIG Support Team. iDIG is an industry-leading web-based reporting and business analytics tool. The successful Software Support Specialist must enjoy working directly with customers, be well-organized, be a fast learner, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. In this role you will build direct relationships with new and existing customers, gain hands-on project management experience, and contribute to the enhancement of our growing software solutions. No technical background required, we are prepared to train the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Successfully understand VIP Software with the knowledge to install, train and support VIP customers
- Provide excellent service to our customers either over the phone, virtual meetings or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments
- Record details of actions taken and follow up on customer interactions
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Provide feedback to the Development Teams

- College degree preferred but not required
