VIP is currently seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our Sales Automation Team. This role involves working with our iDIG and KARMA applications, two of the beverage industry’s leading business intelligence and CRM tools. The ideal Software Support Specialist should enjoy working directly with customers, be highly organized, a fast learner, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. In this position, you will create direct connections with new and existing customers, get hands-on experience with project management, and contribute to the growth of our expanding software solutions. No technical background is required; we are prepared to train the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Successfully understand VIP Software with the knowledge to install, train, and support VIP customers
  • Provide excellent service to our customers either over the phone, in virtual meetings, or face-to-face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback to the Development Teams

  • College degree preferred but not required
