VIP is seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to join our fast growing Pricing Team. This group works with our supplier customers to install and support our Price 2.0 application, which allows the supplier to manage and plan pricing and promotions for their distributor partners. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can handle multiple projects at once and be committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will be a fast learner, strong communicator, have excellent technical diagnostic skills, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid – will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement, train and support customers on the VIP Price 2.0 application.
• Manage the implementation of Price 2.0, following a project plan and hitting key milestones for a successful implementation.
• Work directly with customers by phone, electronically and in person.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle and resolve customer inquiries.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, steps taken towards problem resolution and follow up communication.

• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and customers at once
• A desire to learn new technologies and provide innovative ideas for the implementation team
