An opportunity exists at C2 for a Senior Technical Business Consultant to join our Data Services Practice, which specializes in the implementation of Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM) and Enterprise Integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) solutions. Working on enterprise client engagements, the selected candidate will design and implement software solutions as part of C2’s client delivery teams.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, document and execute configuration and technical consulting tasks for commercial off-the-shelf software¬†(PIM, MDM) implementations
  • Document software configuration specifications
  • Participate in key client-facing project meetings, acting in a lead role for selected discussion areas as required
    • Project Kickoff
    • Backlog Planning
    • Deliverable Reviews/Demonstrations
    • Scrum/Stand-Ups
  • Prioritize, define and assist with oversight of technical work for other Data Services team members
  • Interface with client resources responsible for dependent project tasks or project delivery responsibilities
  • Support Scoping and planning efforts for new Statements of Work (Project Approach, Timeline, Resource and Tasks/Estimates)
Knowledge & Skills 
  • Platform configuration experience in PIM/MDM systems: EnterWorks, Akeneo, Salsify, Riversand
  • End-to-end technology implementation experience in enterprise environment
  • Experience with project delivery approaches (one/more) of: Agile, Scrum, Kanban
  • Core business consulting skills: systems analysis, technical communication, and collaborative problem solving
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or MIS or equivalent experience
  • Technical background or aptitude in database management , system administration and/or DevOps
