Senior Sales Enablement Analyst

Cox Automotive ( is currently looking for a Sr. Sales Enablement Analyst to join our team in Atlanta or remote.

Some of your-day to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Data Visualization
  • Execute on strategic projects focused on enhancements, Sales Enablement Tools and Reporting initiatives
  • Fundamental subject matter expertise of sales team’s usage of and the specific metrics, reports and dashboards used by multiple teams
  • Partner with Cox Automotive IT teams to deliver requirements needed to drive enhancements and experience related to, AWS and PowerBI
  • Optimize and Power Bi reporting visualization via business requirements, prototyping, testing and roll out both in house and with CA IT team
  • Triage outages/breaks in data and reporting platforms to determine appropriate disposition of issue
  • Responsible for maintenance of Power BI dashboards maintained by Sales Enablement
  • Support ever-changing business needs by responding to ad hoc data requests, always understanding the real customer need to provide the best-fit solution
  • Perform routine audits/tests to ensure expected system performance and data integrity
  • Daily collaboration with IT, Business Partners, and internal teams
  • Create new efficiencies in data and reporting via automation
  • Ensure data integrity associated to the dashboards maintained by the Sales Enablement Team
  • Lead projects with varying complexity

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a sales/business operations role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or business operations.
  • 2+ years direct experience leading Projects in a highly complex sales operations environment.
  • Knowledge of existing Cox Automotive Sales processes and systems.  Advanced knowledge of backend reporting and admin strongly preferred.
  • Highly skilled in preparing and creating data visualizations, building reports and dashboard using
  • Advanced MS Office Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.  Knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Incent, Access also a plus.
  • Experience leading execution focused projects that require specific technical expertise.
