NPI, Vermont’s premier technology management firm, is looking for an energetic person to keep our work flowing and our team humming.

As NPI’s Schedule Coordinator you will:

  • Schedule projects, tasks, and recurring appointments
  • Manage team and project calendars and work loads
  • Work closely with service team members to deliver timely results to clients
  • Interact with clients via phone and email
  • Assist with benefits administration and smooth onboard of new staff
  • Perform general office administrative tasks

Strongest candidates:

  • Enjoy friendly and productive client communication via phone and email
  • Are well-organized, efficient, and have an interest in technology
  • Maintain discretion around HR and client information
  • Know Microsoft Office well, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Have experience with scheduling, office administration, and/or customer service
  • Are fully vaccinated against COVID-19
