You will have the opportunity to design and implement the onboarding and training strategy for the Sales Team. In this full-time, South Burlington, Vermont-based role, you will set the standard for new hires’ first few months of onboarding and the continuous learning and development for the rest of the team. This new role will directly influence the success and growth of the Sales Team members in all sales career paths. You will be a member of the Human Resources Team but work closely with the Sales Team and cross-functionally with other teams within OnLogic.

On an average day, you’ll…

Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management Teams to collect latest information on new product releases to communicate back to the Sales Team.

Create and present new product release briefs to keep the Sales Team equipped with all the information they will need to introduce products to their customers.

Utilize success metrics from all team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor all Sales Team members’ progress in the Bridge LMS to continue driving improvement initiatives.Provide direct support to new hires on the sales team to help them reach milestones at critical points during their first year.

Facilitate skill sharpening opportunities for current members of the team, such as role play scenarios in line with the Counselor Salesperson approach.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in corporate training and onboarding.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or comparable experience.

3+ years of experience in a sales environment, experience in the hardware industry is a plus.

Demonstrated experience with administering training and/or onboarding with a Learning Management System (LMS).

Completion of Wilson Learning’s Counselor Salesperson Program (CSP) a plus.
