This position at FirstLight Fiber is part of the Sales Operations team with a focus on enabling revenue growth across the Enterprise Sales teams. The position is responsible for sales administrative functions related to the targeted market. Excellent organizational skills and focus to meet deadlines is required.
This position will contribute to total company revenues by being knowledgeable on all product offerings, competitive pricing, and operational processes across the organization. This position will interface across the company supporting the sales organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
This position is focused on enable Enterprise Sales success throughout the FirstLight geography.
- Process, and develop, leads within the FirstLight market.
- Collaborate with Marketing on targeting/grooming prospects in the total addressable market.
- Manage campaigns/reporting for the respective area.
- Provide backup support to outside sales staff and sales director.
- Support FirstLight Sales efforts by preparing quotations, obtaining pricing and availability.
- Process contracts and sales orders for new or upgraded services.
- Liaison during the pre-sales, sales, and engineering process.
- Provide system/process knowledge to Account Executives.
- Maintain data within Salesforce to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Collaborate with Customer Service as needed to provide top notch communication to accounts.
- Complete external reporting requests.
- Tracking markets customers/prospects and wins/losses.
- Must have the ability to work independently and self-directed to accomplish tasks.
- Must be comfortable working at all levels of the Organization.
- Assist Sales Team with project work.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERENCES:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of telecommunication industry and terminology.
- Associates degree or comparable technical degree.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant telecommunications experience preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills, positive and results oriented attitude.
- Team player.
