Sales Support Intern
The Sales Support Intern reports to the Sales Operations Specialist, and collaborates closely with the sales team. This is a full-time internship and we are open to remote work. The internship begins in June and runs for 3 months. This is a paid internship at $16 per hour. We estimate 30-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities

Provide support to Sales Operations Specialist for ad hoc projects

Performs administrative updates in CRM database

Assists with generating qualified prospects using cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking

Updates sales deals with correct information

Uses existing email templates to establish contact with new leads and re-engage with old leads

Partners with sales on other projects as needed
Qualifications:

Comfort working directly with customers
-
Advanced CRM experience ie. Hubspot or Salesforce

Experience with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Ability to perform detail oriented work with a high degree of accuracy

Enthusiasm, creativity and a desire to learn

Strong administrative skills

HubSpot Certifications in CRM
