Empathetic to today’s culture of breastfeeding, we help women meet their breastfeeding goals by providing places to pump or breastfeed, a mobile app, and a network of community support, and valuable content. Our physical and digital media platforms offer editorial merged with contextual commerce and advertising, allowing like-minded brands a gateway to our highly desirable mama audience.

Sales Support Intern

The Sales Support Intern reports to the Sales Operations Specialist, and collaborates closely with the sales team. This is a full-time internship and we are open to remote work. The internship begins in June and runs for 3 months. This is a paid internship at $16 per hour. We estimate 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Sales Operations Specialist for ad hoc projects

  • Performs administrative updates in CRM database

  • Assists with generating qualified prospects using cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking

  • Updates sales deals with correct information

  • Uses existing email templates to establish contact with new leads and re-engage with old leads

  • Partners with sales on other projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Comfort working directly with customers

  • Advanced CRM experience ie. Hubspot or Salesforce

  • Experience with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Ability to perform detail oriented work with a high degree of accuracy

  • Enthusiasm, creativity and a desire to learn

  • Strong administrative skills

Great to Have:

  • HubSpot Certifications in CRM

  • Sales or sales support experience

  • High level of comfort working with customers and sales representatives

  • Entrepreneurial attitude

  • Familiarity with physical product sales in particular
