OnLogic
As a member of the Global Sales Operations team at OnLogic, you will be working hand in hand with the Sales team to provide sales and customer support, onboard new customers, and coordinate custom services. You thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering excellent communication to both internal and external customers. You will put your account management, customer service, and project management skills to work as you engage with internal teams and our customers to ensure mutual success.
The team that you are joining is dynamic in their ability to execute across a wide range of skills centered around order entry, order execution, quoting, and customer onboarding. This also includes providing advance support on custom customer projects from pre-sale to prototyping, and the implementation of cross-functional continuous improvements, data reporting, and sales tools.
On an average day, you’ll…
- Manage and execute on daily inbound requests to Sales Operations
- Process customer orders and inform customers of critical changes to their open orders.
- Prepare sales documents including quotes, vendor set up questionnaires, and other customer-facing documentation
- Interface with customers via email, video, and phone to relay order updates, request information, or coordinate meetings as necessary
- Manage orders and coordinate services throughout the sales cycle consistent with customer and company expectations. Organize and drive custom projects associated with new deals. Work effectively with OnLogic’s technical, business, and procurement teams
- Support and drive continuous improvement projects

Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior experience in a similar role and/or business.
- Bachelor’s degree or prior sales support or customer service experience, or work in a technical environment.
- You have experience working with a CRM and an ERP system.
- Entrepreneurial-minded with a strong sense of individual accountability and desire to be part of a rapidly growing business.
- Customer service skills are a plus.
- Satisfactory completion of a background check.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
