Empathetic to today’s culture of breastfeeding, we help parents meet their breastfeeding goals by providing places to pump or breastfeed, a mobile app, and a network of community support and valuable content. Our physical and digital media platforms offer editorial merged with contextual commerce and advertising, allowing like-minded brands a gateway to our niche audience.

Sales Operations Coordinator 

The Sales Operations Coordinator reports to the Sales Operations Specialist, and collaborates closely with the sales team. This is a part-time position (20 hours) and we are open to remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Sales Operations Specialist

  • Qualify and assign inbound leads

  • Perform administrative updates in CRM database

  • Owner of vendor registration portals

  • Partner with sales on support projects as needed

  • CRM data analysis and upkeep

  • Assess contract needs and execute contract deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Advanced CRM experience in Hubspot

  • Familiarity with lead generation and sales forecasting

  • Experience with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and general computer software proficiency

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Capacity to perform detail oriented work with a high degree of accuracy

  • Enthusiasm, analytical creativity and a desire to learn

  • Strong administrative and problem solving skills

Great to Have:

  • HubSpot Certifications in CRM

  • Ability to multitask

  • High level of comfort working with customers and sales representatives

  • Entrepreneurial attitude

  • Familiarity with physical product sales in particular
