Sales Operations Coordinator
The Sales Operations Coordinator reports to the Sales Operations Specialist, and collaborates closely with the sales team. This is a part-time position (20 hours) and we are open to remote work.
Responsibilities

Provide support to Sales Operations Specialist

Qualify and assign inbound leads

Perform administrative updates in CRM database

Owner of vendor registration portals

Partner with sales on support projects as needed

CRM data analysis and upkeep

Assess contract needs and execute contract deliverables
Qualifications:

Advanced CRM experience in Hubspot

Familiarity with lead generation and sales forecasting

Experience with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and general computer software proficiency

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Capacity to perform detail oriented work with a high degree of accuracy

Enthusiasm, analytical creativity and a desire to learn

Strong administrative and problem solving skills
