Sales Operations Analyst

As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will help increase the sales team’s effectiveness by refining our processes, developing new tools, generating reports, and analyzing trends. You are analytically minded, and have experience in process improvement methodology. You have exceptional attention to detail and work well in a cross functional role.

This is what your day looks like in Sales Operations. You:

Create, maintain, and distribute sales reporting for the sales department.

Review continuous improvement opportunities and implement process changes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Work closely with Supply Chain and Product Management groups to manage product life cycles for top tier customers.

Meet regularly with sales leadership to review top IT system enhancement opportunities and work with OnLogic’s internal development team to prioritize and implement these improvements.

Manage onboarding of all new sales team members, including creation of new training materials and conducting training sessions.

Requirements

You have at least 3 years of sales operations experience.

You have a Bachelor’s degree or work in a technical environment is desirable.

You have order management experience from previous roles (analyzing and consolidating sales orders on a macro level)

You have experience with ERP & CRM administration and implementation (ERP/CRM certifications a plus)

You have a solid understanding of physical goods manufacturing processes, and supply chain / lead times

You are entrepreneurial-minded with a strong sense of individual accountability and desire to be part of a rapidly growing business.

You have demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.

You have project management skills.

You have demonstrated the ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You have strong interpersonal skills.

You are detail oriented and organized.

You have demonstrated the ability to hold yourself and others accountable.
