Cox Automotive ( is currently looking for a Sales Insights Manager to join our team in Atlanta or remote.

Some of your-day to-day responsibilities will include:

Be a key contributor within the Sales Insights team that:

  • Partner with stakeholders (predominantly from Sales, Marketing, and L&D) to develop sales enablement and content strategies that align with sales processes.
  • Works cross-functionally to identify Sales and Marketing Insights.
  • Conceptualizes and authors sales materials and targeted programs that drive adoption of Sales Insights. This includes actively participating in the updating, planning, and writing of insight selling content.
  • Liaise with key partners to solicit input and feedback on created materials and conduct ongoing needs assessments.
  • Provide exceptional service as a point of contact for individuals external to the Sales Training & Effectiveness team.
  • Lead initiatives to drive governance and oversight of sales enablement tools and systems.
  • Remain abreast of automotive news and developments in sales / marketing strategy to provide ideas and recommendations for the integration of new or updated ideas.

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Demonstrated account and project management ability and excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working with Sales Enablement tools and platforms
  • Experience developing and optimizing sales-facing content and/or collateral.
  • History of building strong, cross-functional partnerships and relationships.
  • History of displaying flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills in both planning and execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change; ability to make quick adjustments to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of the Challenger Methodology.
