The Project Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to achieve business goals. Over the course of a project, the Project Manager will need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. In addition, they will manage resource allocation, provide feedback, and address any challenges that present themselves.

Job Functions

1. Manage the time and projects that are assigned to developers ensuring that projects are completed within the defined schedule estimate.

2. Manage the overall work schedule of a 7-person development team.

3. Provide input on performance metrics for annual evaluations.

4. Draft Product Definition Documents.

5. Create project plans for integrations, manage the integration project driving it to completion from both parties.


1. Proven experience and skill in leading and developing people.

2. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

3. Excellent decision-making skills

4. Ability to manage several tasks at once.

5. Ability to delegate effectively.

6. Time management skills.

7. Experience or knowledge of UX design is beneficial but not required.
