The Partner Manager is responsible for driving a strategic, collaborative sales strategy to the credit union industry. The Partner Manager is responsible for building existing partnership relationships, understanding the needs of the partner, and identifying areas that eDOC can assist in their success. Additionally, the Partner Manager will look for new partnership opportunities to drive the future growth of eDOC. The Partner Manager is tasked to represent eDOC at targeted partner events throughout the United States.


A member of the Sales Team, the Partner Manager will provide feedback obtained from partners and attend and contribute to integration/design meetings to better enhance and position our products in the marketplace.


Partner Development: Working with the VP Sales / Market Development develop annual quotas and budget needs. Act as primary liaison with VAR and partner organizations, driving increased utilization and market penetration

Attend key industry events and represents eDOC to the market

Contracts: Review / prepare customer contracts to be executed by officer of customer and officer of eDOC. Work with Sales on various marketing campaigns and trade events. Create monthly sales reports, review sales commission requests for accuracy.

Sales Support: Assist in day-to-day items with accounting and sales. Ensure that sales team are following correct procedures.

  5. Willing to travel nationally up to 50% of the time
  6. Outgoing personality
  7. 4 year degree preferred, but not required.
