Operations Management Analyst II at Dealer.com will manage the day-to-day audit and training operations for Manheim Express and OVE. The candidate will have an understanding and training ability on Mechanical Issues, Structural, and Paint & Body repair. Specialist will build relationships with auction staff and Concierge team to promote best practices for Manheim Express app and marketplace. To succeed in this position, candidate must be able to quickly diagnose problems, work across a matrix organization, and effectively drive to resolutions.

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Responsible for training and managing accountability with team members and Concierge team.
  • May require in person training sessions with domestic travel based on business needs.
  • Have strong understanding of how to identify and train on Mechanical Issues, Structural, and Paint & Body repair.
  • Working across matrix organization within multiple systems, applications, and databases.
  • Executing reports, data management, and analysis for auditing and training purposes.
  • Excellent customer service, a professional demeanor, and the ability to participate in a team environment are keys to this position.
  • Ensure all inbound audit and training request are being answered in a timely manner.
  • KPI reporting to management to ensure targets are being met.
  • Recognize and resolve process and learning breakdowns.
  • Be an effective resource for Concierge staff. This means becoming a subject matter expert in the inspection process and impacts of using Manheim Express app and the vehicle cascade between statuses on OVE.com
  • Manage vehicle inventory and consignment to remarketing partners Meridian.
  • Assist management in vehicle pricing for remarketing. Role will have a direct impact to the P&L.

Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge and skills

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Working experience in the automotive auction industry or automotive training position with 5+ years preferred.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required.
  • Other duties as needed.

Additional Experience & Specialized Knowledge and Skills

  • Working experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Working experience with the following business application are a plus: AS400, AutoIMS, Salesforce, Oracle, Workbench, OVT.
