As Office Manager, you will take on the key logistical projects, from the small details to the big picture, that support the business and our employees. On an average day, you’ll…
Lead efficient day-to-day building operations, ensuring a best in class and professional work environment for all employees.
Plan and run successful employee engagement events.
Answer and screen calls to the main phone line and route to the appropriate person.
Support the Management Team members with travel arrangements, special projects, and coordination of monthly company meetings.
Assist the HR Team members with travel arrangements and logistics for candidates and new employees.
Manage employee resource site content and weekly employee newsletter distribution.

Bachelor’s degree or comparable relevant experience.
Experience in an administrative or customer service environment, with a professional customer service voice.
Demonstrated event planning experience.
Familiarity with facilities management a plus.
