As a Power Platform implementation consultant at Echo Consulting,  you will help solve problems and meet goals by working closely with clients to identify requirements and implement solutions such as project management information systems, business process improvement initiatives, and other productivity and collaboration platforms. Our consultants provide thought leadership, process expertise, technology insight and help clients identify, assess, evaluate, and reduce risks.

At Echo, we know choosing a tool isn’t the end – the new process and system must be fully adopted to bring true change to the organization. As a Power Platform implementation consultant, your role will be to assure clients receive their ROI on software investments by assuring best practices throughout implementation and adoption.

Requirements

  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and design a structure and strategy to ensure alignment with business strategic goals.

  • Analyze the current system considering the whole ecosystem of an organization to develop strategic recommendations for implementation and process improvement.

  • Plan, guide, and monitor PMIS implementation from conception through implementation and adoption

  • Document requirements through the creation of business process models, user stories, product backlog items, and use cases.

  • Configure Microsoft Power Platform functionality to implement business-driven forms, entities, view relationships, and site maps.

  • Responsible for the design, development, testing, and validation of power platforms and related products

  • Create Microsoft Power Automate flows to manage business rules and workflows. Create Microsoft Power Apps to manage client needs and goals.

  • Provide superior support to stakeholders and clients throughout implementation and adoption.

  • Collaborate with team and key stakeholders to predict and identify any potential risks for implementation as well as developing and executing mitigation plans to respond proactively to manage risks.

  • Communicate timeline, key deliverables, and progress to stakeholders and clients.

  • Identify ways to increase adoption and client satisfaction.

  • Host workshops and training sessions to coach, mentor, and motivate team members to build Champions within.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client issues throughout the implementation process.
