Mamava Manufacturing produces the company’s product line of Lactation Pods which are packaged for assembly at the customer’s location.  Industries served include Military + Government, Healthcare, Education, Office Spaces, Public Venues, Manufacturing and Distribution facilities.

Position Summary

The Marketing Project Manager reports directly to the Product Marketing Director and plays a critical role in supporting various aspects of product marketing, including project management and digital marketing execution.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits that include medical, dental, vision, retirement plan and paid time off plus over ten days of holiday time off.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing collateral updates—conduct audits, provide copy and design direction to graphic designers, QA updates, route for approval, finalize, and distribute

  • Manage online Help Center service hub, including creating new articles, updating existing articles, and ensuring resources are readily accessible to internal teams

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, to increase web traffic and conversion metrics, both for new leads and current customer upsells, across all channels, assigning tasks and managing marketing team milestones, timelines and resources

  • Become expert in Mamava’s marketing automation tool (Hubspot). Execute against marketing strategy by creating lists, workflows, campaigns, reports, governance and more

  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to help determine ROI of marketing efforts

  • Field and schedule marketing requests, manage marketing team projects to successful completion

  • Maintain and manage publishing and process documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent in relative work experience

  • 3 years experience in marketing, preferably product marketing

  • Some experience managing projects or process flows preferred, though not required

  • High attention to detail

  • Well-organized

  • Strong follow-up, critical thinking, and communication skills

  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement attitude

  • Demonstrated sense of logic, creativity, decision making, and problem resolution

  • Experience working with conversion tracking and digital reporting tools. Strong knowledge of Hubspot (or similar CRM) a plus.
