OnLogic is growing, and this means we have a new opportunity! We are in pursuit of an experienced people Manager who is passionate for automating processes, streamlining efficiencies and owning a world class Martech Stack. The team you’ll manage spans data analytics, email, marketing automation and technical implementations. This position is on-site at our South Burlington, VT location.

On an average day, you’ll…

  • Enable professional development for your team through open and honest feedback and development plans for employee growth and empowerment
  • Evolving the marketing tech stack and always improving tool integrations to make the marketing team more efficient
  • Own the martech stack and processes including auditing, developing, and evangelizing to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Ensure the team is effectively using each tool in our Martech stack to realize the greatest return
  • Work with our Ecommerce specialists to make sure our product portfolio is presented accurately on our website, and merchandising optimizations are delivering results.
  • Report on performance: Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into marketing performance, helping stakeholders understand trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through management of your team.

The team you will be joining: 

This multi-talented inbound and outbound marketing and ecommerce team consists of customer marketing managers, digital marketers, writers, designers and communications experts who endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing. You’ll find them developing marketing campaigns, curating our social media channels, penning website content and laughing daily at each other’s terrible jokes. They’re a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand and deliver a delightful customer experience.

Requirements

 

  • You are an experienced people manager (8-10 years) and passionate about problem solving and working on new platforms in a B2B environment.
  • You are a skilled marketer and strong communicator that drives growth through a combination of rolling up your sleeves as well as effectively leveraging your team and the resources across the company.
  • You are mindful to learn from previous successes and failures and eager to bring new ideas to the table.
  • You get excited about working with new technologies, and solving problems through innovation.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You have a solid understanding of leveraging tools and monitoring metrics in order to know when efforts are working but also to know when to change direction.
  • Experience building lean Martech stacks delivering industry leading customer experiences, and insights for our team.
  • Experience in CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot is where you’ve spent time digesting customer data.
  • You have a track record of inbound and outbound marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience building, analyzing, and optimizing B2B marketing funnels, including lead scoring and campaign automation, and working with B2B sales teams.
  • Innovative thinking and curiosity – you ask questions, understand the bigger picture, and proactively suggest ideas.
